What Is Partition Recovery?

Partition is a part of hard drive or a section. It is also an independent logical storage unit. One hard disk can be divided into one or more partitions. Each partition is regarded as one logical storage unit, and normally contains one file system. To partition a hard drive, you may use "fdisk" command or partition tools from the third party supporters. Typically, a partition is assigned one station letter (C:, D: etc). Once you partition a hard drive, the partition table must be rewritten. Because the partition table is a list displays the layout of which parts of the table are reserved for file systems.

Partition Recovery is a method of recovering your lost or deleted partition.
